The House of Representatives make and pass federal laws. The House of Representatives is part of the Congress’s two chambers.  The House of Representatives is a part of the Legislative Branch.  The House of Representatives can start laws that make people pay taxes. The House Of Representatives has the rights to initiate impeachment proceedings and get to originate revenue bills. I want to be part of the Legislative Branch and Congress. I also want to start laws that make people pay taxes.
